HSC newcomers

The Hire Supply Company (HSC) has introduced a host of new products for the year ahead, some of which were displayed on the supplier’s stand at the recent Executive Hire Show for customers to evaluate prior to full launch. 

These include the Voltstation lithium-phosphate battery pack (pictured above) that is likely to be added to the company’s Elite equipment range after user trials. This has a 2560W storage capacity with a maximum output of 200W per hour, enabling it to power an HSC Apollo LED work light for up to nine consecutive hours. 

The Voltstation could also be used with the Elite Rail Light designed for track-side illumination, which will again be undergoing tests in the field shortly. Fifteen of these lights can be linked together and powered by the battery storage unit for up to 15.5 hours. 

Several machines displayed on the HSC stand have already been added to the HSC portfolio. These include a fully electric pallet track powered by a lithium battery. There are also additions to the Von Arx surface preparation equipment range in the form of the S2 and S3 HEPA 13 class dust extractors. 

A portable HEPA 13 air scrubber available in 110V and 240V has been added to the HSC Elite portfolio, as well as the Elite concrete mixer which is offered with either a Loncin petrol engine or in 110V or 240V electric versions, all with belt drive and designed for quick assembly.
