Accreditation for Lloyds

The independent National Contracts division of Lloyds British, a Speedy Hire business, has once more achieved full certification as a Type C Inspection Body to BS EN ISO:17020:2012 following a successful two-day UKAS audit. 

The dedicated division functions as an autonomous, unbiased and confidential Type C inspection body. It can provide impartial inspection services to Speedy Hire as well as to other parties, and is able to provide additional services such as testing and maintenance.  

The accreditation covers:  powered and manual lifting, equipment and lifting; accessories including mobile working platforms (excluding, tower cranes, passenger/goods lifts); minor pressure systems; and intermediate pressure systems, with the exception of remnant life calculations for creep and fatigue situations.
