LGH adds air chain hoists

Hoisting and lifting equipment hire specialist LGH (Lifting Gear Hire) has invested €650,000 (approximately £555,000) in 22 high-capacity air chain hoists from J.D. Neuhaus, a long-standing supply partner.
The order includes hoists ranging from 10 to 60 tonnes and are suitable for use in hazardous ATEX environments and in demanding sectors like construction, offshore oil and gas, marine, energy, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical.

This investment reaffirms the company's commitment to providing the best possible solutions to its customers and maintaining a high level of fleet availability,” said Phil Smith, LGH Operations Director, pictured (left) with Andy Mault, CEO.
LGH claims to have the largest fleet of air chain hoists for hire in Europe, and has a hire fleet ranging from 250kg to 100 tonnes. It is part of a group of companies with bases in France, Essen and Hamburg in Germany, Ridderkerk in the Netherlands, and Antwerp in Belgium.
