Euro Tool Hire acquired

Euro Tool Hire and Sales (South West) Ltd has been acquired by Alliance Tool Hire South West.
The business, which was founded in 2006, has three depots in Redruth, St Austell and Helston. Alliance Tool Hire South West is affiliated with Alliance Tool Hire, which provides tool, survey and lifting hire from eight locations across London, Kent and the South Coast.
Craig Williams, Euro Tool’s Managing Direct, instructed KBS Corporate on the sale of the business as he was ready to pursue new opportunities.
Adam Nelson, KBS Corporate Deal Executive, said: “Euro Tool benefits from long-standing customer relationships and good market access via three depots across Cornwall. Craig had led Euro Tool for nearly 30 years and I was delighted to assist him in finding the right buyer that can take the business forward while he enjoys the next chapter of his life.”
Alliance Tool Hire says it is pursuing growth across southern England and Euro Tool will join the business’s eight affiliated branches, which include locations in London, Salisbury and Poole.
