Point of Rental Software has appointed Brooke Ryan as its Global Director of Customer Support based at the company’s headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas. 

The company, which last year celebrated its fortieth anniversary, says that its growth over the years has seen its customer experience team expanding from a single group of all-around experts to several groups of specialists. 

Brooke’s (pictured below) previous experience includes client service management appointments with companies in the oil and gas and software industries. 

“We want to empower customers to use our software,” she said. “When people call in and they’ve got an issue, it’s affecting their business. It needs to be handled quickly and professionally. At the end of the day, the number one1 priority is making sure that our teams are prepared and trained and have the right tools to better serve our customers.”

Point of Rental says it is currently seeking other service professionals to join its customer support team.
