GAP makes a splash

GAP makes a splash

Having formally launched its Pump Services division last year, it was appropriate that one of the eye-catching elements of the GAP Group stand at Plantworx was a clever display of water flowing constantly through a formation of Wacker Neuson dumpers, complete with GAP branded rubber ducks.

The water was constantly recycled by a Tsurumi pump from Obart Pumps and it made a refreshing site given the very hot weather during the show in Peterborough.

Mark Anderson, GAP’s Managing Director North, tells me that the Pump Services division will be opening a dedicated location in Elgin later this year to cover the north of Scotland.

Another feature of GAP’s stand display was an interconnected sequence of Mace Shifta conveyors (pictured below), whose constantly moving payload was again a flotilla of those charming rubber ducks.
