Clements' sharp scissors

Clements Plant & Access Hire has increased its fleet of compact electric scissor lifts with the purchase of ten units from Dingli Machinery UK. 

The Coventry-based company reports that usage levels of such units have risen this year and the latest additions will help keep pace with customer demand. 

The order comprised three JCPT0607DCM models, four JCPT0807AC units and three JCPT1008AC machines offering maximum working heights of 5.6m, 7.8m and 10m. They join other Dingli platforms in the company’s fleet.

Clements Director Adrian Hutchinson said: “We have been so busy hiring out scissor lifts, boom lifts and construction equipment in the first few months of the year, so we have been adding new kit all the time.”

The machines are all less than 800mm wide and have slide-out platform extensions.
