LIFOS Stacks up

LIFOS introduced its concept zero carbon Fort solar PV battery storage system at the last year’s Executive Hire Show and at the 2024 exhibition taking place next week the company will promote the machine in its refined, launch configuration after extensive on-site testing.

The unit has a stronger pallet base and now comes with a dedicated web and app-based LiQ Data Hub providing complete data management, ESG reporting and performance data.

The Fort can also be hired out alongside a diesel engined machine as a hybrid solution. It offers three power options of 12kWh, 23kWh and 35kWh providing an all-in-one solar battery storage system complete with 18 solar panels delivering 3.4kW of green power. The panels pack away inside the machine for transport.

New at the Show will be the LIFOS Solar Stack, pictured below, a compact set of solar panels contained within a 1.2 by 1.2m stackable stillage. The panels can be ground mounted using their integrated kick stand or roof-mounted onto a standard container or welfare cabin fitted with ISO mounting holes.

The Solar Stack is designed to be compatible with all battery energy storages systems that are enabled to take a power supply from solar. It is available in configurations to suit 10ft, 20ft and 40 containers.

LIFOS will be on stand B42 at the Show which will be held at the Coventry Building Society Arena on 14 and 15 February.
