Cutting-edge sustainable technology will be at the heart of Trime UK’s stand display at the Executive Hire Show in Coventry next month, including a lithium battery/hybrid, lighting tower, alongside two of their brand-new solar-battery-powered generators.

Taking centre stage will be the MGTP 24000/30 THS 3P, pictured, a 24kVA solar generator fitted with a 48V-24000VA inverter, a 28.7kWh battery pack and two 360W solar panels. Trime’s engineers estimate that, over a hire period of 90 days and based on fuel prices at £1.50 per litre along with service costs of £300 every 500 hours, an operator can save over £24,000. This is because 90% less fuel would be needed compared against a standard 20kVA set, the company says.

Trime will also show the MGTP5000BPS, a 5kVA battery powered generator available in 8kVA, 15kVA, 24kVA, 30kVA and 45kVA versions. 

Also on display will be the X-ECO Lithium Hybrid tower light a battery powered unit that can be fully recharged in less than three hours. In a 14-hour cycle, for 80% of its operation the machine will run solely off its batteries with zero noise and zero carbon emissions. Illumination is via four energy-saving LED lamps that can cover an area of over 3000 sq m.

Trime will give live demonstrations of its new telemetry systems that automatically monitor the operation of its generators and lighting towers in real time. This enables users to collect and distribute data via a PC, tablet or smartphone.
