AJC cleans up with FuelActive

AJC EasyCabin reports a number of advantages from fitting the FuelActive system in the models in its Ecosmart Solar Max range of low-emission welfare cabins to ensure clean diesel is always used.
The roof of the Ecosmart Solar Max is fully fitted with photovoltaic panels that switch between using power supplied by solar, batteries, and a generator. AJC EasyCabin recognised the importance of clean fuel in enhancing the efficiency of the onboard 3.5kVA Stage V generator and maintaining fuel cleanliness on site.
Simon Fletcher, AJC EasyCabin’s Operations Director, said that having seen how effective the FuelActive system had been in reducing CO₂ output, fuel usage, and fuel-related breakdowns across several industries, the company started to fit it as standard on all Solar Max welfare cabins, as well as its Solar Pod hybrid power generators.
"The FuelActive system complements the design ethos of our Ecosmart product range and contributes to reducing fuel consumption when the generator is in use. Having FuelActive installed prevents fuel-related downtime, improves fuel efficiency, and reduces CO2 which is really important for our customers."
At the heart of the system is a floating pickup pipe that draws clean diesel from the top of the fuel level, avoiding contaminants gathered at the bottom. It requires no regular maintenance, with any contamination and water being drained from the bottom of the tank in the normal way during regular machine inspections and servicing.
