Point of Rental appoints Rob Pullen

Continuing its policy of recruiting people with first-hand hire industry experience, Point of Rental Software has appointed Rob Pullen as the company’s new account manager.

Rob joins after working in hire for nearly two decades, most recently as Operations Director for MHM Group, where he introduced company-wide digitisation and sustainability initiatives. He was also heavily involved in the organisation’s IT infrastructure.

“I’ve always been passionate about the value I see hire businesses can get from technology,” said Rob. “Point of Rental is always growing and pushing in their software to where the industry needs to go, and I’m looking forward to being a part of that.”

As an account manager, Rob will use his background and knowledge of the Syrinx hire management software platform to help Point of Rentals users to maximise the value they derive from it in terms of profitability, time savings and ease of use.

Mark Goodrum, Point of Rental’s Managing Director for the EMEA region, said: “I’m excited to have Rob aboard – particularly for the people that he’ll be working with. We’ve worked with Rob for many years on the opposite end of the line and we know he’s keen to innovate and help others get the most from their technology.”

Point of Rental last month launched the new Syrinx 365 hire management system, as reported previously on the blog.
