Seddons adds CEMO

Seddon Plant & Engineers has become an authorised dealer and partner for CEMO, the specialist manufacturer of containers and storage solutions for hazardous materials. 

As reported previously on the blog, the line-up includes products for the storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries, as well as for hazardous fluid transportation and dispensing. 

Seddons Business Development Director, David Probert, who is pictured (left) with Geoff Miller, CEMO’s Country Manager for the UK and Ireland, said the partnership gives customers spanning various market sectors access to products that are becoming increasingly necessary, particularly as people are using a growing number of battery-powered products.

“CEMO has been a leader in the safe storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries for several years and this is particularly evident with the introduction of their patented LockEx system [again mentioned earlier on the blog]. With an increasing number of manufacturers choosing Li-Ion as their power source, the demand for a safe storage solution has never been greater. We anticipate enormous interest in CEMO’s award-winning lithium battery storage and charging cabinets.”

Geoff Miller added: “Seddons are an ideal partner for CEMO as they cover the industries where our products are widely implemented: construction, industry, plant hire, landscaping and grounds care.” 

Seddons and CEMO are both family-owned and have been in existence for over 65 years. Other CEMO products offered include tank systems, filling stations, environmental protection equipment and transportation containers.
