Alliance buys Avon

Alliance Tool Hire has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Avon Tools Hire, which operates in Bristol and Bath. 

The combined businesses have branches in Bath, Poole, Salisbury, Fareham, Gatwick, Ashford and three London locations.

Mark Rousell, Managing Director of Alliance Tool Hire, says: “From the first time we met the Avon team it was clear that we shared the same commitment to excellent customer service. Expanding into Bath and Bristol through this acquisition will allow us to supply customers with high quality equipment across an even more extensive network.” 

The original Avon Tools Hire business in Bristol was founded in 1977.
