Hillhead set to celebrate

The Hillhead construction equipment and machinery exhibition is commemorating 40 years since the event was held for the first time.

The organisers are inviting industry professionals to join in the celebrations by sharing their Hillhead memories using the hashtag #40yearsofHillhead. The best photos submitted will be posted on the exhibition website in a special gallery that goes live from the start of May.

This year’s show will take place from 21–23 June at its established location of the Hillhead Quarry near Buxton. Billed as the largest exhibition of its kind in the world, this year’s exhibition is set to have more than 600 exhibitors for the first time, displaying products and services for the quarrying, construction, and recycling markets. 

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the biennial exhibition was last held in 2018, pictured above.
