Garic thinks outside the box
8 April 2024
Recognising the role it can play in helping construction sites address sustainability issues, welfare unit hirer and supplier Garic is introducing a new branding emphasising sustainability, service and simplicity.
The business, which also offers related products like solar toilets and solar energy generators, has launched a new website promoting its ability to act as a consultant on energy and sustainability issues, as well as equipment selection.
“Anywhere you travel in the UK, when you see a construction site, you see a welfare unit with the Garic name and logo. But we offer far, far more. We needed to start thinking bigger - thinking beyond the box,” said Mark Albiston, Garic’s Chief Executive Officer.
“Our new brand reflects three key things that are more important than ever to our clients: sustainability that goes beyond today’s targets, services that go beyond their worksites, and simplicity that leads to less worry and smoother projects.
“We’re more than a provider, we’re a partner, in every sense of the word. And we’re committed to delivering. It’s easy to say you’re sustainable, or you care about service. We’re setting out to prove it. And our new look and feel demonstrates that.”
Garic has signed up to SBTi (Science Based Targets Initiative) goals as part of its own carbon reduction programme.
Based in Bury and with depots serving customers throughout the country, the company has achieved numerous accolades for environmental awareness including a Green Apple Award for design innovation and gold-standard FORS recognition.
