Green-fingered Trime
17 February 2023
Trime (UK) continues to emphasise its commitment to developing environmentally friendly products, having previously said that it by 2025 it will only offer emission-free machinery.
Visitors to the company’s stand at last week’s Executive Hire Show were greeted by another demonstration of its green credentials with a host of living plants amongst the display, which was the brainchild of Trime’s marketing manager, Emma Cohen.
After the show, the plants were carefully packed away and delivered to a primary school close to the company’s offices in Huntingdon, namely Godmanchester Community Academy, to be cared for by the students.
Amongst products displayed at the Show, Trime highlighted the X-ECO Hybrid Lithium lighting tower whose battery has a ten-hour cycle, meaning that for 80 per cent of its operation it is powered solely by this energy source.
MD Paul Hay also tells me that Trime’s sales of solar powered products continues to grow steadily
In addition, a representative sample of the hydraulic equipment that sister organisation, DOA, offers was on display.
