Weaver tailors its Kubota fleet

Weaver Plant Hire, which hires machinery alongside its grounds work contracting operation based in Leighton Buzzard, has added eight Kubota mini excavators to its fleet. 

Having initially bought a second-hand Kubota mini when the business was founded four years ago, the company has now expanded its line-up to 60 machines following these latest additions. 

The Weaver fleet now comprises the conventional tail swing KX057, KX60 and KX080 machines and zero tail swing U50 models. 

Co-owner Adam Weaver said: “The demand for construction equipment that can meet the requirements of the toughest jobs continues to be in high demand. Operators like the ergonomic cabs, the familiar controls, and the luxuries of the high-spec machines we choose. The dash-5 cabs in particular are excellent.”
