Tasty Obart additions

New to the Obart Pumps line-up is the Tsurumi HS3.75SL 3in diameter submersible unit. 

Derived from the standard HS3.75 model, this latest addition can handle up to 580 litres of water per minute but only has a 0.75kW motor.

Sales director Pete McMutrie, pictured (right) with Obart Pumps MD Matthew Hill on the company’s stand at the Executive Hire Show last week, says that the product enables higher volumes of surface water to be removed from a work site while maintaining a minimal carbon footprint. 

● Obart Pumps is 50 years old this year and as part of its celebrations the company distributed commemorative chocolate bars to Show visitors. I sampled one - purely for research purposes - and it really was very tasty. Of course, it lasted much, much less longer than Obart’s pumps, which have earned a reputation for longevity over the years.
