Climb with Stanley

One by-product of the lockdown and subsequent social restrictions has been a boom in home deliveries, which has raised interest in manual handling solutions. 

Stanley Handling’s Sprinter 85 battery powered stair climber has been in demand for unloading groceries and moving them up inside flats and buildings. 

Sales Demonstrator Sean Walshe put the unit through its paces at the recent Commercial Vehicle Show and told me that the product can be used for moving many other items such as hire tools and equipment. 

The Sprinter 85 has an 85kg capacity and other models are available for heavier, bulkier items. The most powerful is the Sprinter 425 which has a 425kg capacity and can move equipment like office photocopiers and safes. 

Sean said that a major national hirer has just added the Sprinter 425 to its lifting fleet.
