New Husqvarna additions

Husqvarna Construction Products showed the new DM 540i 36V cordless wet/dry core drill at the Rail Live exhibition held near Stratford-upon-Avon last week. 

The tool, pictured above, can cut 75mm diameter cores when hand-held, or 100mm if using a stand. 

Also new is the 110V DE120 vacuum that gives audible and visual alarms when the container needs emptying, and the cordless WT 15i water tank that has a more powerful battery to offer all-day operation for wet cutting tasks. 

Husqvarna also gave the first UK showing of the new K1 PACE battery cut-off saw (below). As already reported  the machine accepts12in/300mm or 350mm/14in blades and is amongst a range of cordless products developed on a more powerful battery platform that the manufacturer will be rolling out.
