WHC buys 25 Kubotas

WHC Hire Services has added 25 Kubota 6-tonne KX060-5 excavators to its fleet. 

The Stage V-compliant machines have a load-sensing hydraulic system and the cabin is equipped with offers air conditioning, a 12V output and a 7in colour LCD panel. A metal partition between the cabin and the engine reduces noise, as does a thicker floor plate.

In addition, this machine is fitted with the latest advances in operator safety systems including a rear-view camera, arm and boom anti-drop values and LED lighting to support night work. A quick hitch and seatbelt alarms, followed by four new down points for safer transportation.

The new machines will be rolled out across WHC’s depots in Tewkesbury, Worcester and Chipping Norton throughout 2023.
