Hares moving quickly
28 February 2023
Hares Hire Services has added two new delivery vehicles to its fleet. Originally planned as replacements, the Rainham-based company is retaining the older ones as business is very brisk and because of supply chain shortages.
“I was let down by another supplier but I have managed to source two new Ivecos, bringing our total delivery fleet to 11 vehicles,” MD Daren Hare told me.
“We bought two Ford Rangers last year to help with transporting our growing access equipment fleet. We have already added another 11 Snorkel machines this year, including eight push-around S3010P compact scissors, two 3010E self-propelled versions (pictured) and a TM12 self-propelled mast lift.
“Demand is for equipment across the board and all our customers are busy,” said Daren.
For several years, all Hares Hire’s vehicles have met the Euro 6 engine standard and so are exempt from the Greater London Authority’s ULEZ ultra-low emission zone regulations.
The company will also be announcing another new development in the near future…
