Speedy winners

Speedy very kindly invited me to attend their impressive Speedy Expo 2022 held at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool taking place this week. 

Attracting more than 100 of Speedy’s suppliers, the two-day event enables Speedy personnel and selected customers to see cutting-edge products, discuss industry trends and generally network in a positive atmosphere. 

I’ll be reporting on some of the eye-catching innovations displayed there in future posts. 

One of the highlights was the announcement of the winners of the SpeedyExpo22 Supplier Awards during a gala dinner on the first evening, namely: 

Supplier of the Year Award – Safety and Well-being: Dustcontrol

Supplier of the Year Award – Engineering: ATE

Partner of the Year Award – Customer Solutions: Mobile Mini

Supplier of the Year Award – Specialist Businesses: Reid Lifting

Supplier of the Year Award – Consumables: Centurion 

Supplier of the Year Award – ESG: Obart 

Supplier of the Year Award – Innovation: Niftylift for the Hydrogen-Electric MEWP

Supplier of the Year Award – Capital Equipment: The Hire Supply Company

Supplier of the Year Award – Support Services: Joint Winners, Lex AutoLease and PEAK

CEO Award for outstanding support and contribution: Milwaukee

Speaking during the ceremony, Speedy CEO Dan Evans praised the innovation and dedication of suppliers who are partnering with the hirer to develop solutions for new market needs, and that collaboration and trust lie at the heart of the business.
