New HQ building for MCS

MCS has officially opened its enlarged international headquarters building in Maidenhead. The hire software supplier says that strong business growth has necessitated more office space. 

The new facility has also enabled the company to recruit new personnel to meet the demand from its growing customer base. 

It offers multiple meeting room facilities to host clients and hold international conference calls, and creates a comfortable place for staff.

Guy van der Knaap, MCS managing director who is pictured cutting the ribbon to open the building, said: “We are delighted to formally open our new office. Providing a bright and spacious workspace is important in ensuring our team is happy at work and can provide excellent service to our customers. 

“Since moving to our new head office, MCS has already hosted a number of our international clients and continued launching new and innovative products.”

The new building pays homage to the company’s Maidenhead roots, with several nods to the local area. These include meeting room names in the theme of famous aircraft, reflecting the fact that White Waltham Airfield is nearby. 

“At MCS, we recognise the need to support our local community,” added Guy. “We annually take part in environmental projects in Maidenhead and have also recently pledged to donate 10 per cent of our annual profits to a number of local charities, including The Link Foundation.”
