Hire software supplier MCS reports that one of its most recent apprentices has passed with flying colours to become a full-time, permanent member of the team and that others are set to follow in his footsteps.
Ben Jenkins graduated with a distinction star, the highest grade possible. He joined the business as a development apprentice back in 2020 and having completed the 18-month course he is now a permanent web developer with MCS.
Guy van der Knaap, managing director, said: “We are extremely proud of our apprentices and delighted that we have been able to assist Ben through his apprenticeship. His efforts and passion for software have shone through, and he will be a fantastic asset to our development team in the future.”
MCS has since recruited new apprentices in its finance and technical teams.
“We value all of our staff at MCS highly and know that apprenticeships are a brilliant way for us to foster and nurture new talent in the business. Our apprentices are a great addition to the team and help us create a great dynamic in the company and a happy workplace,” added Guy.
