Site Equip acquires ETS

Site Equip, the specialist hirer of portable sanitisation equipment, has acquired E-Toilet Services Ltd (ETS) based in Nazeing, Essex. 

ETS is a family-run business supplying portable toilets and showers for construction and events, as well as being the UK's sole distributor for the Italian portable sanitation equipment manufacturer Armal. 

Site-Equip, which has depots in Hampshire, Kent and Hertfordshire (pictured above), states that the acquisition provides the opportunity for further expansion. 

ETS will continue to supply its current customers under the Site Equip brand from its offices in Essex.

Amy Gilbert, director of Site Equip, said: “We are thrilled to announce this acquisition. Site Equip has worked with ETS for a number of years and we are pleased to welcome them Site Equip family. 

“We look forward to building on their success together, enhancing our capacity to provide portable toilets, welfare units, luxury toilet hire, and showers across the South East,” she added. 

Jenna Horrigan, director of ETS, pictured (centre) below with Amy Gilbert and Site-Equip’s Adam Gilbert, added: “We are delighted to be joining the Site Equip team. We are excited to increase our product range and continue to provide excellent service to all our customers.”

Site Equip says that it is actively looking for further acquisitions.
