Training in demand

The easing of lockdown restrictions and the return for many to a regular workplace environment means that training is very much now back on the agenda to brush up on skills and learn new ones. 

The HAE says that its Level 3 management and leadership programme restarts in September – but you’ll have to act very quickly to book a place as already only three slots are left. 

The content covers dealing with people and teams; workplace risk management such as health and safety; business risk management like SWOT analysis and implementation of policies; and an imaginary role-playing game in which participants run a hire business for a year and experience the inevitable ups and downs.

The course is aimed at new and experienced hire centre managers and will be held over five days throughout September at the HAE offices in Birmingham. To enrol call 0121 380 4617.
