easyHire Tags Yorkshire

easyHire Technologies, the online platform which trades as easyHire, has expanded its operation into Yorkshire and Humberside by adding a partnership with Tag Tool Hire, based in Halifax. 

easyHire is backed by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the founder of easyJet. It already has agreements in place with Martin Plant Hire, One Stop Hire and Hares Hire Services.

Tag Tool Hire’s depot will be dual-branded with easyHire’s bright orange logo alongside its own yellow and black branding. Customers will have access to online ID verification, contact-less delivery/collection, contact-less payments, the ability to carbon offset their order at checkout, and the ability to order equipment day or night. 

Alex Brownridge, Director of Tag Tool Hire, believes that “people always turn to the Internet first to find tools and tool hire. This is an area that we have been working on. However, our partnership with easyHire and the easyToolhire brand will give us a far greater reach and potential for orders that we cannot do ourselves.

“At Tag Tool Hire, we have more than 40 years of experience within the tool hire and repair industry. However, when it comes to the Internet and marketing the business, this is something we have struggled with. We think our new partnership will totally transform how people see the business and enable us to help more people find the right tools for the right job.”
