Site Equip grows with new acquisition

Site Equip, which specialises in hiring portable sanitation and related equipment to the construction and event markets, has acquired WC Hire Ltd which has two depots covering Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

Site Equip already has three depots in Lasham near Basingstoke, Paddocks Wood and Hitchin, and this acquisition is part of the company’s growth plan to cover the south of England.

WC Hire will continue to supply current customers from its Henfield office and Director Nigel Smith has joined on a permanent basis as Depot Manager.

WC Hire have an excellent reputation and service across the south coast and we are looking forward to building on their success together.”

Site Equip says it is looking for other acquisition opportunities within the welfare and sanitation market.
