HSC’s Master stroke

Hirers realise the importance of receiving quickly the equipment they order. The Hire Supply Company’s (HSC) ability to respond rapidly has been recognised by its appointment from today as exclusive UK distributor for all Master Climate Solutions products in the from today. 

Equipment available from Master, part of the Dantherm Group, includes heaters (pictured), dryers, cooling and air purification machines. 

HSC has distributed Master products to hire industry for more than ten years, originally under the Desa brand, and the new sole arrangement sees the company serving other markets, too. 

Managing director Gary McWilliam told me: “We have a very strong relationship with Master and have always sold the range on quality and service. The deal obviously recognises the turnover we have achieved for Master equipment, our customer service and our backup.” 

As well as being well timed to coincide with HSC’s 20th anniversary year, this also reflects the company’s extensive stockholding capability at its HQ and warehouse in Attenborough, Nottinghamshire.

As reported on the blog last June, HSC added a range of workplace sanitising products which Master developed quickly in response to the pandemic. 

A number of new products are in development which we should see later in the year. The most recent introductions are a range of large industrial grade evaporative coolers, the largest of which have integral UV lights to kill airborne germs. These will be available from April. 

Master products now come with a three-year limited warranty.
